Driving home from the car window I took this shot of Mr. Baker, Stolid, serene, chill. Buddha baker, holding Dharmachakra Mudra but you can't see his hands because they are tucked under his snow robe. Here is what they would look like- dispelling fear- upper/lower birth...that sort of thing.
I had just come from a friend's house where there is strife, where the clouds form , where darkness had gathered in a lump, where hearts were aching, spirits torn.
I remembered this :
I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
Thank you.
Ho'oponopono
Usually I don't take to chanting nor to "prayer"-feels empty to me- but Ho'oponopono hits me directly where i live, right there in the middle...Fear, anger, confusion, blame, guilt, pity, sneakiness,discombobulatedness- all of that icky stuff melts away- I am in love again- with all of everything , because I am sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you. All is well....ish. Try it!

Excellent reminder ... . .
someone introduced me to the
Ho'oponopono several years ago and it struck a reassuring note.
Perhaps it's time to renew a place in my life -
jjjjj
Mr. Baker is very handsome in his winter snow coat. I would love to paint his portrait and hang it on my wall (if I could do him justice at all). Such tranquility is contagious.
So is the mellow voice of the Hawaiian chant. I had to Youtube it to find out how it sounds. Good words we should have in our minds to clear out the clouds. Thanks
