Walked a couple of blocks down to the ferry terminal today.
The tide is out, interesting fragrances to sniff.
Alaska ferry arriving or departing, not sure but we are glad to be in between because the toot is loud!
in the lot by the terminal- spent fireworks- we are glad that they are all dead!
then...what's this? uh oh! This was unexpected- been tricked!!!
DANG! The morning completely ruined and it was SO happy.....
getting toe nails trimmed, don't want to don't want to don't want to.....

Oh, Dexter is such a sweet dog, he won't stay angry for long! (at least I hope so ...) He will look down on his perfectly manicured paws and think: what a good human I have, what a GOOD human! And then he will come licking and snuffling around your toes, and you won't know why, but see, it is because he is saying Thank You Dear Linda Sue! That's why. (PS I've been thinking about the nuts and the cute grubs, but can't come up with anything. I'm not a great fairy person, but I guess most people respond better to fairies or a Thumbelina type character than to wormy creatures - but they will be quite difficult to make so small ...
Angry now! Give Linda Sue THE LOOK! LOL!!!

My husband usually gives the hounds their manicure. I've got the lovely job while he's away of removing any tics I find on them! Fortunately it's so wet here at the moment they're not getting so many.

it serves dexter right for wearing sunglasses when he looks at your artwork. and that angry glaring stuff? it just doesn't work. hasn't he realized that peeing on your favorite furniture is where it's at? watch out, linda sue. he might be on a vengeance streak and that can get ugly.
